Greg Payton is a writer, director, producer, editor and has worked with Natasha for over 4 years. Throughout this time he has produced several short films, music videos and online webisodes with Natasha. He also has worked with her in conceptualizing treatments and screenplays both for television and film. He continues their creative collaboration with the latest project, the continuing story of Inspiration Transformed, the third installment that follows the story of a young woman as she seeks her inspiration for the written word and finds love. Based on Sullivan Entertainment’s cinematic portrayal of the Anne of Green Gables novels, Inspiration Transformed will wrap production of it’s second half on Prince Edward Island, in Canada, where the original films were made.
Distributed in Canada and soon to be the United States, along with the recently released film Anne of Green Gables: A New Beginning, the dvd features Greg and Natasha's short film, the first installment to the “Inspiration Series”, Finding Inspiration. A contemporary update to a classic story, it follows an orphaned girl adopted into a home in a small town who finds love and acceptance in unexpected places.
A Brooklyn, New York native, Greg discovered his passion for entertainment when he participated in a high school filmmaking workshop endorsed by New York University and William H. Cosby. Since graduating from the NYU Tisch School of the Arts Maurice Kanbar Institute for Film and Television, Greg has taught other high school students filmmaking; bringing their cinematic dreams to fruition both in New York City and Dublin, Ireland. Many of his latest work has been with Pete Chatmon of Double 7 Film and Leyla Tatiana Rosario of LTR Photo. Projects in development include All Gifted, a contemporary telling of Pandora, Pandora's Box and the crusade an immortal creation of the Greek Gods commits to in order to right the wrongs committed eons ago!
